This session explores the diverse experiences of families of children with vision and hearing differences as they transition from early intervention to preschool services. Participants will consider family perspectives to better understand common challenges and successes during this process. The session will also highlight family centered strategies, tools, and resources that can support more successful and collaborative transitions.
