Focuses on what happens in the meeting, where the IEP gets written, who’s there, what’s discussed, and what must be considered.

3/9/23 Session 4: Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) Decision Making

Pivots on a point of enormous importance in the educations of children with disabilities under IDEA: They are to be educated in the least restrictive environment (LRE), learning and working alongside their peers without disabilities to the maximum extent appropriate.
